Wind blowing dust and shit, can't see
« on: April 15, 2016, 03:32:25 PM »
It's extremely windy here in Arizona as of today. Since it's Friday, I really wanna skate after work. Phoenix is not really a windy city, so I don't know how to cope with this bastard Greek God Anemoi.

How do you deal with the wind, is it possible to skate? Are there  tips and tricks? Garages? Bowls?

Any help is legitimately appreciated.

Doesn't dust mess up griptape?
Also, maybe goggles?
Nothing I do deserves more than an iphone camera.

I don't care what anyone thinks about me skating in sunglasses. I always have the misfortune of having bugs and random shit flying in my eyes at the most inopportune time on a skateboard. Sunglasses have minimized that along with making it easier for me to skate in full sun or when the sun is hanging low enough to blind you.
