Arktz is right down the street and is a better shop with less cool guy attitude.

There's also Heshdawgz in Harajuku which is much better.

If you go to Heshdawgz there a chill bar just down the street. The birds that work there are cute and chatty, and the beer is cheap.

Friday I am having drinks with some homies at Deaus Ex Machina around 9 or so. They're having a small pop up shop event.
If you're interested come on by. If you see a tall blonde white dude, Japanese chick and 2 Malay dudes, that's us.

Sounds cool man, I'll try to make it.

If you happen to see a tall white guy with a glasses, a pass-port hat and curly hair, that's me.

Arktz and Heshdwags (and to a lesser extent Stromy) are the bomb

Gonna be in Tokyo from the 2nd - 12th. First time going there for me, super super hyped. Who's around? who wants to skate? Where would I go skate if noone could join me?

There's the nike park just around the corner from Arktz and Stormy if you're in that area. Fortunately I don't live anywhere near Tokyo, nor am I anywhere near mainland Japan. You won't be able to hit up the street spots until after hours, Jive is probably your go to for spots as I haven't hit up anything up that way in a long time...

Hey dude. If our schedules work out I'm down to skate.
Also if you're in Tokyo on the 8th I'm throwing an event in Harajuku. Free beer.

But all you really need to know is FREE BEER.

I might actually be back in July. Visiting the first time was so sick - props to Jive Turkey - I've been wanting to go back ever since. I'm debating between a week there + another place in Asia I haven't been yet which would most likely be Seoul. If I don't do that I'll maybe check out some more cities in South America.

Jive is a rad dude, I forgot to thank him when I got back to LA.

Thanks Jive!!!

I didn't see the Snack dudes other than that one time, it was rad to see them skating and drinking in front of the Seven & I near the hotel I was staying at.
