I had Calcaneal Cysts surgically removed about a year ago, before that I had intense pain up and down my lower leg and foot. Calcaneal cysts are very rare in general, I've never met anyone else whose had them let alone a skater. Anyone on here who suffers or has suffered from one could you give some advice on how to get better and manage. I think I'll always have a degree of pain and I won't be able to skate in certain shoes anymore. Anyhow any piece of advice on how I could take care of my foot is appreciated, because a Calcaneal fracture is no joke and leads to gnarly arthritis
