It's a nose manual from flat while turning on it and then the slower you go, the sharper you're turning until you're basically doing nose 360s. Check out the first 10 seconds of this video. https://youtu.be/i4NMwfSgdAQ

Op, you ok man? Being real here, you doin alright?

Just learning nose manuals right now at the age of 30. I'm getting them every ten-fifteen tries now. Definitely making progress.
Going to try out shit for brains advice today and see if that improves anything!
They feel so much better than regular manuals. Love em!

Just remember, front shoulder - knee - ankle all lined up, arms up, look forward, flick, land clean, ride away.

411 trick tips taught me something like that I might've fallen apart at the end

Interesting about looking forward, I definitely look straight down at my board.

You kind of want to do both. I guess I mean looking forward less as where your eyes are pointing and more of your shoulder posture.

SFB's advise is good and if i can offer up anything else, its having confidence and being balanced and ready the second your wheels hit. like with a manual i feel like you have a little time to find your balance after you get on the obstacle, nose manuals you have to be ready for it before you even get going. be light getting into them too. if you stomp your board down, its going to be hard to keep it going.

keep at it and you'll get it. if i can do it, anyone can and its one of my favorite tricks.

I give up a lot....like want the perfect lock in....and when I don't.....I just put my wheels down.  It's bad.....I'm trying to fight through them more....
