i can't beliefe people like Burnquist, John Magnusson, Jim Thiebaud etc. have so much to say in that construct...

but maybe already cash is in the flow - Vans Build a new Park in Malmö with John Magnusson for the Vansparkseries - and the parks
stay for the city - future olympia trainings facility?

SL by Nike turns into Olympia Street Event - and Parkseries from Vans turns into the Park division - so they can select over 4 years through
judging the olympia participant. they already start to prepare for 2020.

Most of these dudes are the only one's kooky enough to interact with the Olympic Committee.

What really makes it crazy is that Ream, Berra and Dydrek think they have the right to sell skateboarding to the Olympics. It takes a fucking ego-manic to think they know what is best for skateboarding and that they have the right to sell it to the Olympics.

I can't say I'm surprised though, I mean what can we expect from a guy who applied to be in the Guinness Book of world records for doing a stationary manual for 50 seconds. 

Finally, an interesting to think about is how does the affect Dydrek's long term goalof attempting to turn skateboarding in to the UFC?

What even happened there?

long story short, Schafer is the full on owner of spot but Clements, porpe, and meronek kind of made it what it is today. Schafer gave Clements the boot for reasons unknown and the rest followed him. they created the boardr and there is definitely bad blood between them. I know employees from both ends are lurking on here. hopefully one of them will chime in and give some more detail because I really don't want to spout shit on here without it being true. but I will say both parties are good people. I just couldn't see them working together given their past.
