A lot of racism around that area. More of the poor district and the residents aren't always fond of white people

I've never felt threatened in Waianae. I just looked everyone in the eye and said oofa to them.

If you see a huge samoan guy or even better a group of samoan guys there, make sure to greet him/them with a loud "oofa!" and a smile.

Alright so in Chinatown ala park skatepark is the main spot pretty fun park from
 there just skate around downtown and you will find spots
I suggest blaizdale center perfect ground but kick out is high


On the west side of the island kapolei skatepark has 3 bowls
The main one is perfect f tons of people rip it
kidney bowel is good to and the last one is like a actual pool its gnarly
There is a street section to its ok but not worth going just to skate it

Milliani skatepark is pretty gnarly good mix of street and ramps
North shore skatepark is sick good vibes
Hawaii kai on the east side run tranny park
Avoid angry locals and Waikiki is full of ladyboys if that's your thing

Thanks very much my dude. Since I have been here for about a 2 months almost I have skated Ala park, place is pretty sick. I have been meaning to hit kapolei for a bit now. But I pretty much just stick to north shore park everyday. Local dudes are really cool and super nice to skate with. I am trying to skate a ditch one of these days.
