A friend of mine had been skating Zero boards/clothes since hes part of the van. He reminds me why Zero is so good every time we are driving around when hes in charge of the music. We play this game that he puts a song from a videopart and we guess the part and describe tricks...hes really into those videos.

I wore Zero hoodies when I was in high school and actually my first skateboard was the American Zero just because how cool the THPS character was. My first four or five skateboards were Zero. I want a Misled Youth shirt now. Good luck JT. Zero is forever !

why, Why, WHY DSM WOOD FOR EUROPE?

cause it's good and that's what we have in place. have you ridden a zero board from DSM? it's all myself and the team ride & we love them.

its good, yes, compared to other non-american woodshops, i`ll give you that, no question. but if i have the chance to ride ps, generator, bareback, sadly i will always choose those, i guess. danes new part might change that though. (or, hint hint, a franky villani board).
in any case, thanks for responding to my reply, much appreciated!

Zero been in rocky waters for like what 3yrs now and still hung on. That's what's impressive. how many companys have completely sunk in that time. Scaling down could work out seeing as other small brands are surviving. I've never been a fan of zero's art direction, so I've never bought one. Hopefully, there's a zero logo board in my size around next time I need a deck.

When was the last time anyone here skated a dwindle board?

Glad to see Zero staying above water through everything. Zero has been a solid brand since the start so it would be real shame to see it go. Good luck Jamie, thanks for keeping it real.

I see what you did there...

I legitimately have no idea what I did there. Did I accidentally reference something? Is it cool?

Eh, above water=up stream.  ::) Bad joke... Continue...

Good stuff. I've always been a zero fan. Some misled youth tees and hoods would be the cherry on the cake if you can keep those a regular thing.

Ditto: I was on the Dwindle hate train until I skated a Cliche Eldridge deck last spring. It seriously lasted twice as long as any other board. Stayed stiff too. A little heavier but solid wood.

Good luck Chief.

I think you are doing it right, the transition from big company to smaller operation has maintained the original flavour of the brand. The new team members such as Franky or Windsor add a really good vibe too. It almost has a smaller brand feel (like Polar or $lave). I think your apparel line has a really good potential to grow.
Stay focused on Zero, skateboarding and your family, and don't lose too much energy and time on side projects.
Dwindle wood was never an issue for me, had a lot of enjoi boards and a couple of almost and it was never bad.

Had a Zero not so long ago, think it was one of those Resin ones. It chipped pretty quickly but the pop and rigidity lasted for like two months, would definitely skate again!

I used to skate Zero's a lot in 09' and 2010, but I think that last one I had was around 2012. Would be hyped to try a few zero boards again when this new project is released. Glad to see it's going back to a more independatly run company - dwindle managed to put cliche under so get out of there while you can!!

I usually don't like Zero graphics at all really but the propaganda series was cool. Especially Boserio and Sandoval, which also happened to be my size. Kinda missed out on those as I usually don't pay attention to Zero. Zero videos on the other hand are great IMO. Been after the Anthology DVD for a while, but no luck yet. I could definitely see myself buying a Zero board in the future if the graphics are on point.
