Practice, start small and build from there.
Use some object that you can easily tip over when you clip it.
After you start clearing that height find something bigger and repeat.

Step one: Move to East Coast
Step two: use ankle weights like Earl Manigault.
Step three: Go to Pulaski and stack 2 trash cans and blow minds.
