FA not using PS has nothing to do with "when they can't do it." I've
Talked to Paul Schmitt and it's due to price or politics -- or how the FA folks are feeling that day. The wood biz is all politics and pennies--with the manufacturers making their coin on quantity.

Scum Co
TERROR OF PLANET X

South Central:

It would be nice if you edit the first post, so that the information can be easily found.

Yeah, do some shop boards too but I have heard they are really difficult to deal with so we always keep it in the UK for our boards.

Figured it would be good to have an easy to find up to date list, that isnt buried in a massive old thread? the other thread is more speculation/critique now

anyone who thinks santa cruz and creature is dwindle must be crazy, i know they are not dwindle.

dwindle laser labels all theyre decks on the top ply and i know sc and creature dont have it and i could swear that sc and creature is done by ps stix, i feel most nhs stuff has some relation/deal with paul shmitt

Companies can choose to not get the laser labeling at dsm. The latest PAlace decks I've seen do not have the laser engravement but most of em had the dsm premium woodshop sticker either on the front or side of the deck.

If you call them up a worker will tell you that they aren't allowed to reveal that information.
Keenan had that special ability to make his switch tricks better than his regular tricks but still let you know they were switch.

Sorry to bump thread but I'd like some woodshop info on the "mountain" graphic Northern Co did a season back.  The shape I had was an 8.5 popsicle with a 15 inch wheelbase, ti-dye woodstain and red top ply.  I'm pretty sure Pennswood pressed it but would like to see what y'all think.  I emailed the dude from Northern and he said they've switched woodshops and won't be doing that shape anymore.  But he didn't say which woodshop pressed it to begin with.  Anyone know if Pennswood does the same shape for any other brands?  An 8.5 with a 15" wheelbase on domestic wood is like a holy grail for me.
All you got is today, get out and skate.

Those mountain tie dye boards were definitely Pennswood. Can't help on finding another Pennswood with those dimensions, though.

Thanks Clamy. This has surely been discussed before but does Pennswood have a minimum order amount? Would they sell me a stack of blanks in that shape? Not trying to be the next Mike Kirk just can't find any other brands that use that shape. Thanks for any info
