I remember reading this manual at Jason Adams' house once.  He was on for a short time before Think and had a copy.  I think Mike V burned his so I never saw the one he had...

Imagine how much more iconic Health or Dylan could have been if they'd known about the power of fuchsia.  Such a shame this ancient knowledge was lost to time.

Case McKay was better than Rich Grossett.....and yeah. ...Pablo Diaz??? Oops.

This comes off as quite structured yet one would hope that it was at least a little bit tongue in cheek.

Jenkem has great content. Bravo to them!

Pablo Diaz was his nickname, I believe. Joey Suriel and Fabian Alomar talked about it in the Menace EL, how everyone used to call him that.

It is awesome and obviously tongue in cheek, but Rodney was already of Powell by March '89?

I thought it was 90, but after looking into it 89' seems to be the year.
I guess it makes sense considering the decks they were riding in Rubbish.

Most skate photographers shot Velvia slide film back then. It had poor dynamic range, so anything white would be washed out and black had no detail. Only deep blues and anything red came out great.

I'm sure most ad or video people in skateboarding today (if they are any good at what they do) are way more particular about what to wear.

About the fuchsia shirts...after watching Propeller I became obssesed with Rowans part. I made some bootleg fuchsia Thrasher shirts like the one he wears here:

Dude chill...I live somewhere that steal you a lot of money on taxes for a Thrasher original shirt and basically everything you buy on-line. I do silk-screen so why not some fucking bright green Thrasher shirt like Rowans for me to skate on?! Thats a problem for ya ?! I bought the Thrasher duffel-bag, Im suscribed to the mag and I buy vintage Thrashers mags on-line...

Anyway...around here everybody calls those bright neon colors fuchsia; like "that green fuchsia" but thanks pal for the fact about that fuchsia is actual just pink. Gnar for ya.

That ad was bright; get it ?!
