Oil on canvas:

[close]

how much are you asking for the oil painting?
[close]

you wont be able to buy it... because he didn't paint it.
I wish I painted that. If so I don't think I'd sell it; I'd be burried with it.

^^ That is superb! Great use of old boards, are they fixed together?

I decided yesterday that I hadn't actually painted anything in forever, despite having loads of paints brushes and canvas lying around...this is thing first proper painting I've done in over a year and pretty pleased with how it came out.

I'm sure that some of you now know that severly injured my right arm and just had some reconstructive surgery to it. I lost the usage of 3 of my fingers as well. Today I decided to try and draw one of my characters and mess around with easy handstyles and drew this with my left hand. It took me a few more minutes than it normally did because I'm not used to it and had to use a tv controller to keep the paper from moving around. Even though I don't have the use of my right arm I'm not going to let that stop me from doing what I love doing. I hope this inspires some of you to try something different or take a different approach to your art and creativity. Enjoy.

Stay up.

did that for my dads garage tonight, hes feelin it

did this out of boredom the other day

that was for a fundraiser for some school in peru, all art donated was put into a silent auction and i heard that it fetched over $100, which is cool because it was just collecting dust in my closet, and it was "unfinished" but i donated it anyways

Ive tried doing random things around the house with my left hand instead of the right and it was much much harder than expected. This fucking rules.

Fantastic stuff right there.  How'd you stick 'em together?

i nailed the deck to cross bars on the back to attach them.  the mag clipping were attached with glue, the rest is black and white paint.

i actually have a ton of art i've done, it's all down in florida though, maybe someday i'll get pictures of them somehow and post them.  or fuck it, i'll just make new stuff.  i've been getting into woodburning lately, i'll post some soon.

The show is in the SOMA gallery, its in a city called Waterford in south east Ireland. I've a bunch of stuff up on the Human Pyramid's site http://www.humanpyramids.net/features/houseofmob/houseofmob.html but none of the new stuff is there yet (gonna wait until after the show to upload it)
