finished this a few days ago... drew it on the train on my way to work.

Not perfect, but decent enough I guess.

Hate and doublesteveburger, those are fucking rad. I would buy prints if they are available (links pls).

Cincinnati: I don't know anything about metalwork but that is super neat to me. Sculpture in general just boggles my mind for the most part.
Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.

I think I've gotten enough requests to validate doing prints.  I do them in series of 3 and I've got one left in the second series.  I'd like to do three series before figuring out what I want to do with them.  The first series was Macho Man, Million Dollar Man and Ultimate Warrior.  I think Jake the Snake is going to round this series out.  I've also been told that I could make these into stained glass windows pretty easily which is a crazy idea to me.

Thanks man! I'm actually in the process of making more prints of this, I'll shoot you a message when the time comes.

and HATE!, that'd be fucking brilliant to see those on actual stained glass.

Do it!

HATE!, actual stained glass of those would be absolutely insane.

Unfortunately I start my last year of grad school in 10 days and I'm taking 17 hours with an internship that is 24 hours a week on top of working part time, so I'm basically fucked for time and money.  The stained glass will probably wait but I'm definitely investigating it.  I'd like to finish out the series as well.  Thanks for digging it, dudes.

Hey dudes, so I'm gonna be doing a little shameful self-promotion here. Didn't wanna start a new thread since this is the ART thread after all.
I will be having a showing in early November here in Arizona and it requires help from anyone and everyone who's into the idea. So in the past I've done some collaborations with artwork from kids, being some random chicken scratch type scribble or a full blown kid doodle, and I've incorporated my own spin onto it.

For Example:

If any of you PALS have creative little doodler's yourselves and wanna help out to add to the showing I can PM you an address to send some drawings to.

I'm aware that this has probably done before in one way or another (AyeJay!) but I'm charging it Salman Agah-style anyway and figured I'd promote the thing here seeing as some of you dudes are into art as well. Thanks!

really stepping out of my comfort zone with this.

I normally work with pencils or paint and photoshop.

Some guy asked me to design a band shirt and it had to be ink.

First time in 11 years that I draw with pens. And its pretty fun.

Drew this while waiting for a flight.

Not the best picture since I took it with my phone, so the angle is bit weird...

But you'll get the point :-)

I know the struggle... All my life drawing with pencil but i'm trying to keep away from it now. drawing with pens gives you a confidence in your lines that is hard to reach with pencil work. It's hard to start but once you get there it's nice to feel the confidence, it's like you're finally free ahahaha (I really like to use Bic pens to make quick sketches, a perfect middle ground between ink pen and pencil)

Also i'm think you're doing pretty well! ;)

I've had 2 years of high school drawing classes so i can give you some advices.
Draw what you see, not what you think you see... And dont start by the edges, neither the head of the person, thats a common error (i made it too)... Also, try to think of the movement first, and make sure the proportions are right, try to compare them (Example: the height of his Legs is 4x the height of his Head, his hips are as large as his shoulders). Oh and practice a lot in your dead time, quick sketches, dont think to much about them. not all your drawings have to be a piece of art haha...
