at the Vag?  nice!
"we were going digital, ignoring all but the most core matter from history and focusing on the most complicated structures in order to make our lives more simple, but we could not escape from the cage, the past, and "reality" so we surrendered to short term drug euphoria." - John Albertson (on LSD)

Sebastian, are you shooting in medium or large format?
[close]

medium, 6x6.   ive thought about getting into LF: probably a 4x5.  but for now im giong to wait...
[close]

Nice.  I've been going back and forth between moving into MF and moving into digital.  It's looking like digital because of cost issues, but I would really like to have the resources to do some real (read:non holga) MF stuff.
i realize it's a toy but ive seen some great pictures made with holga's. do you use it?
i play around with it, as i havent been into photography for that long and dont have the resources youre talking about either. id like to get something a little more 'real' soon, but i feel i dont know enough to spend that kind of money.

These aren't getting used since I left TL, so I figured I'd share... the forum might shrink them up so you may have to view them alone to see them correctly:

I like this one a lot... IŽd probably buy this if I saw it in a skateshop.,...why did you leave TL? Was Jayme mean to you?
I'll go frontside on some tranny for you.

i wish i had a camera with a macro lens a couple weeks back...   i wonder if i could rig up some kind of adapter for one of my cameras using those old macro filters you could get?  ive got extension tubes for my arax 60 but i never use it because its a drag to haul around...

All I got is a 50mm 1:2. I'd like to get a real macro setup going also but I'd rather spend my money on a wide angle at the moment. I also have an aversion to carrying around excess equipment with me. Maybe I should get a man purse/camera bag or something.

Sick photos Matze.

these are beautiful dude

Thanks broooo. I was totally shrooming when I took that last one. Crooked horizon seems to work well though.

i met this guy steven shearer when in vancouver...   hes supposed to be the next big big artist out of vancouver / canada.  hung around his studio a bit whila friend documented his work.  anyway, he has this wicked series of posters or whatever, made up of death metal song titles.  check the related installation in berlin:

i sent a few strips of film out for scanning...   if you can find two good images beside each other, you can get larger files for less than the price of two small ones.  for example, these could be made as a 300mb file for less than the price of two 100mb files:

and here are some (unsharpened, unbalanced) crops at 100%:

thanks for the good words. the stuff from the others is much better, differrent styles, i like that.

@sebastian. try to get yourself a scanner for medium and standart format. i paid for mine 150 euro's but it's cheaper in a long way. i pay 1 euro for the development but nothing more. that saves me about 7 euro's each time. 22 films later the scanner starts to be a super profit, haha. even if you need your pics in your hand, you can go to your local dealer with a cd or usb memory stick and get a good quality pic. it works out for me pretty well

I feel so rad in this thread with my brown cords and beanie. It's just really unique and mind opening.

We need to adorn this thread with artsy stuff...
