Are the steps at 2:58 like the Tokyo MACBA? I've seen them in quite a few edits now and there always seems to be a crowd of skaters there.

yeah, find ame-mura in Osaka (Shinsai-bashi station) and you won't miss it. Chopper has repped/ ripped that spot for a good 20 years now. Would probably trip you out if you went in the day though because it's packed with non-skaters. Shinpei's back lip over Dal was the best trick in there imo
