i read the 2010 dill chromeball last night and dill describes bill filming 'as if he isn't there,' which is funny because it could not describe his HD work at all.
Johnny is very hands off - lots of casual but tight longlens, almost like iphone filming - and james is on a VX-style standard, but I'd say Bill's stuff is precise and claustrophobic to the point of ignoring the skating sometimes. Swoosh makes me feel like I've been stuck in an elevator with AO for 4 minutes.

Some of those clips legit make the spot look smaller because of his "aesthetic" like that down flat rail on the double set looks tiny, but it was probably much gnarlier.
