Removing wax?
« on: December 01, 2017, 12:37:56 PM »
So theres this rough-ish concrete ledge that a few friends have been trying to get to skate for a while. We tried waxing it a bunch and it hasn't been grinding at all really. I came across a thread in here talking about using a rub brick to smooth it out and we want to do that to it, but heard you need to remove any wax on the surface before you rub brick it. How could we do this? The reason we're going through all the trouble of this shitty ledge is because its close to our houses and an awesome meet up spot if the ledge was actually worth using

It's at a elementary school with mild traffic during the day so I don't think we could get away with powerwashing it.
