Loved it. That 'how it went down' bit was hilarious.

I like when they have hosts that Chris has history with because he holds back the podcast voice a peg. He seems a lot more relaxed. I know that can't always be the case obviously but it's something I noticed with this episode.

Chris saying "They even have to divulge if a property is haunted, right?" was one of the most embarrassingly stupid things I've ever heard anyone say haha. And I'm not even one of those dudes who picks apart everything these dudes do, but made me say "WHAT?!" out loud.

It's funny in that moment and when Roger was sharing his off/of theory and Kelly calls them out that you realize Kelly is probably smarter than both of them.

Richard Mulder was around for so much he must have so many stories. He was definitely holding back, but as a legitimate business and family man I can understand.

A good all around episode though as it was at least with another older skater with life experience, history and stories.
