Sup babes. Couldn't get my parents scanner to work with my computer, but here's some more iphone photos from old skate mags.

Kenny Reed- Gap to Bs Tail. Cover scan is from ChromeBall.

I really love this photo. Don't know anything about the guy, but was able to find this part of his, which is a pretty good watch:

Older SLAPs had such cool and interesting photos. I'll post up some more stuff in a bit.

I wanted those Kastel's so fucking bad post Fulfill the Dream but never got them. They look like the shoes my mom goes to step classes in. Those Howards are pretty tight too, but I don't remember them.

Had that issue and put the arts and the forties ad on my wall. That artist had work in another issue I think and my buddy got a tattoo of some of it.
Now, we used to say we put on our tights to put on the world. So I don't think it tarnishes the image at all.

Yeah I actually had it when I was younger too. Was happy to find another copy on ebay.

Yes! Nevada!
Is that the strip's name?

In the lower righthand corner of the second page of it, is the name "Gomez" (it's cut off in the picture I took). That's the artist, I'm guessing?

I had a hard time getting this Gonz sequence without a bunch of glare (the page is kinda wrinkled), but it's a pretty cool trick.

@childhood, that was the name of the segment, the artist's name I forget, but it ran for several years in the 90s. Sort of like Jeremy Fish's Big Stupid or whatever. Slap even made a shirt with one his drawings bitd.

It seems like photos were on average so much better back then. In a new issue of thrasher you're lucky to find 3 photos that are at all interesting or creative. It's all just over saturated daytime hypersync photos.

Correct me if i'm wrong but that OG EBowman noseslide is basically knee high and on a bridge with some dope camera maneuvers added? Not hating, just wondering what's going on there...
