I always wonder who has the knowledge of these old skate shoes and the nostalgia to want to rock them but also $500 to spend on a luxury version? Sure a few people, but enough to sustain a company?

The price is due to the fact that they are handmade and use expensive materials and processes. I try to keep my shoes under $70, so this is definitely not for me and I don't think skaters are his target demographic.

Yeah I dig them too. Not necessarily skate shoes but I could see why someone would rock them. They are classic silhouettes and good quality for high-end market if you extra money.

Didn't Madfoot do it years ago?  Tony's shoes are hand made by people smarter than me so it makes sense.....even if people don't know the rip offs....they look good....I don't follow this shit too much but aren't those Buscemi shoes insanely priced too and look way worse?

It's delicious....it's definitely an expansive meal but for those moments you say : 'ill I eat my shoes if that ever happens...'  $500 is well worth it....
