I've always loved the long line through the school yard in his That's Life part. I remember seeing it as a kid and thinking the nollie nose manual in it had to have been impossible. I could nose manual about 2 feet and couldn't figure out how he did it. That part also introduced me to Gang Of Four, so thanks for that too.

respectable move by him. crazy part is he is probally alot better then many old "pros" nowadays and also his board still probally sells well.
Hes the sales guy at FA, which means he's probably doing really well right now, i'm guessing he just isn't worried about $300-400 from Heroin every month and it probably lets those guy turn someone else pro or better utilize that money.

I love Shimizu, but I also think he was definitely milking it for years. Same goes for ol' Chet Childress. But I'm just (barely serious at all) bitter about Fos kicking off mah boi Colin Fiske because he didn't accept his Grindstorm part. I was rooting for Fiske to get that Baker Boys $$$ haha

Insight's art direction around this time was on point! Was the company ever big stateside? It's still really big in Australia, just more with mallrats/surfer bros.

Heroin is a great team and has really good art direction but isn't it better that Fiske is on Fancy Lad making weirder videos and sometimes appearing on Adult Swim? Didn't Fos say he kicked Fiske off for sending in poetry instead of skate tricks? That's a pretty magical reason for getting cut.

One of my favorite skate clips ever is his no-comply ender in his Nike Nothing But The Truth part
There was no wire. Clark's planet needed him.

Maybe Fos mentioned that as a funny little quip, but what really happened is Fiske sent in this fully edited video part (rather than his raw footage) for the video that would eventually become "Video Nasty". Everything is gravy between Fos and Fiske, Fiske's pro board on Fancy Lad is literally just his Heroin pro model with Heroin crossed out with Fancy Lad written over it instead. Fos is a good sport, and an awesome dude.

this is the video part

this is the pro model

And yeah, it's better in the long run that Fiske is with Fancy Lad gettin' his freak on. Thanks for watching the Adult Swim video <3

(btw I am NOT the Fancy Lad owner, I'm just the nerdy ass dude who lives with the FL bois and has some shitty little joke parts in the videos)
