Shane Cross spooky/heartbreaking Globe clip
« on: January 11, 2018, 11:36:54 PM »
YouTube rabbit hole shit had me watching Haslam’s Globe United by fate ep from way the fuck back when, and I realized there was a ton of Shane footy in the middle montage.  The montage ends with Shane 360 flipping a gap and a pan over to Ali celebrating on the set nearby.  Shit bugged me the fuck out. Had to be right before everything went down.

Thanks for that.
Was a nice stroll down memory lane.

I sometimes stupidly forget how fucken good and steezy Appleyard was.
The nollie flip back 50-50 where he didnt lock in and rode away all casual had me pissing myself

Unlikely. Pretty sure that spot is in Europe and the accident was in Melbourne

That came out a few months after he passed, so it's very intentional. I think the eeriest thing about it isn't Ali's reaction, but rather how only one of those dudes featured is still skating now...

I think they were referring to Duncombe who was sitting beside them. I doubt Ali is going to be skating much better than he was in EL, though I could be wrong.
