Has anyone ever seen a standard frontside wallride off the flat (no bank) where the skater doesn't put their hand on the wall? Seems impossible to me, but I'm sure it's been done?
a guy i knew years ago could do em 'no-hands' but it was the ollie bash onto the wall ride down type. it was still very sick.
ha, that's the only way I can (sort of) frontside wallride myself, you describe it well. ollie toward the wall, point, bash, ride down and hopefully away. as a kid I thought it was the only way one was supposed to learn them because JT's over the chain in Misled Youth was the only one I'd seen. never got the kickturned version to work (the concept barely computes to me) but for the wall bash ones you have to treat the spot like you're doing a f/s ollie on (and back into) steep transition, except you pop off flat ground.
