I skate mostly transition and dig a steep concave. Which companies are putting out the steepest?

Probably not what you're looking for, but i remember trying a mini-logo back in the day that had like abyssic concave.
Combined with the small size and not being used to it, well... it felt very off.
Powell might still use the mold.

I had a Heroin that felt steep and deep. Really stiff too.
The Hopps control concave / deep Chapman concave is pretty steep.

K15 concave from Skate One (Powell and Mini Logo) is nice and steep. Wheelbase on the decks varies from 14.375 on the 8.25 deck up to a bit over 15".    The 8.5 popsicles have a 15" WB and I like them for transition.  They also have some of the shaped decks with K15 and Flight construction.

They seem to have stopped making the 8.25" w/the 14.375 wb, at least for the last year =( the 8.5" flights have it tho (and they taper over the back trucks as usual). Great concave on the flights.

I stood on two creature decks of the same width back to back, and the P2 version felt like it had deeper concave than the wood version.

Frank Skateboards.
Last one I had was so steep my front foot felt weird standing on anything flat after skating.
Reminded me of H-street hell concave, or Deathbox U-boat concave.
Hey, hey, hey. Don't be mean. We don't have to be mean because, remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

The Hopps control concave
It was insane, like having two noses on a board.

No, I've messaged him in December about a superwide 13-14" deck but he hasn't gotten back to me. From what I've heard he was way better about customs a few years ago, before he moved to CA and when he was less busy (he's making stuff with Street Plant and Assault now, it seems, so it's understandable).

Fuck that was my only hope for a custom.   Is there anyone else that does custom decks?  I want custom so I can get my shapes with flatter concave and kicks

Chuck Hults (the guy who does Deckcrafters) does customs. I have a couple of his decks (not customs) and they're great (the Killdozer is my favorite). Well worth checking out: deckcrafters.tv

Really?  I ordered a deck crafter and the quality was amazing but the foil was not to my tastes.  I hope your right about him doing customs (custom kick and concave like factory 13)  Your idea for the 13-14 wide board is sick.
