It sounded like it was echoing off the buildings more to me.

I like this one better than his part. I think the lack of music makes everything sound heavier.

Not quite sure, but i think they just removed the filmer afterwards since the LL angle is filmed on a tripod. Both sw tre's look pretty identical to me, but who knows.

They just removed the filmer. They did the same thing on the switch back heel, if you look close on the roll away you can see the filmers shadow under the rail move. I think its bullshit to remove a filmer like that.
