I've always suspected that Gary and Weck were the same person. I mean...have any of us seen them in the same room together?

Wasn't the biggest Joel fan but this episode definitely made him more likable. Tinder bit had me cracking up

that was legit funny as fuck.  i was cracking up in this coffee shop and had to tone it down.

if you think weck is on your steroids you're making yourself look like a complete dumbass.  nothing about his physique has any signs of gear usage.  skateboarders in general have zero clue about fitness in general, and anyone with any extra lean mass is "jacked".   the steroid jokes sound like an x-games announcer talking about the 900.

I kinda want him on these a bunch now. That was the most entertaining I’ve ever found Chris Roberts.

ding ding ding. if he was actually juicing his whole body proportions would be out of whack. Never was a huge weck fan but this interview was good, i also respect the weights and gvae the best advice, get the fuck off the elliptical. Spend a half hour doing 5x5 squat and deadlift, and it will get you way further than being a cardio queen.

only difference i can see is that they dont play clips in the regular interviews, and kelly does "news". Chris listens to so much howard stern he's trying to make kelly his robin.

This was a fun one, Weckingball is genuinely funny and seems a good sport. Kelly is also underused IMO, he seems more knowledgeable then anyone else. Rog just seems drunk all the time and a bit creepy

Is he just there to make Kelly seem interesting?
Now, we used to say we put on our tights to put on the world. So I don't think it tarnishes the image at all.

All good things....

But I wish he & ted b didn't explain their conceit (shtick) so quickly.... that's he whole fun of it, watching people fall for it........... can't believe Danny Way couldn't sniff it out.......

Handled it well. I love how crob tore into him right off the bat. Weckingball showed a little vulnerabilities throughout the interview.
Rest in peace Dick Dale.

I dug it and thought it was a good episode. I appreciate the ones with epic skate history story telling (like the JT episode, IMHO still the best one yet) but can appreciate this type of episode as well. It was definitely one of the funnier ones anyway.

The 1 minute that he spoke about his parents splitting up and not caring about his teeth was the most hilarious and revealing thing in the whole episode. SO GOOD.

Very grateful to have individuals like Joel in skateboarding right now. He's a social media genius and this was one of the best episodes of nine club, ever. "Don't @ me"

I liked Weck just cause he was a genius troll and I felt the way he was stirring shit up and making people mad over petty shit they had no reason to care about.
Hearing him talk about partying too much and getting hurt and working out with his brother to better himself really sunk it in.
He trolls PRO skaters because they should demand more of themselves. He encourages people to work out instead of partying. So weird that he actually ended up bein the most sensible voice in modern skateboarding.
I want more of this.

Also it was great to hear him speak positively of things. Just because he airs his grievances people wanted to write him off. He’s a free thinker.
