Video was really good, probably the best you could hope for from a big box video. I was impressed by how well all the small niches Cons represents (Euro dudes, GX dudes, random bowl dudes, etc) were covered -- no one was really excluded, even if they only had a few tricks. The music was great, too, I was surprised how many songs I immediately recognized.
Bobby Dekeyzer had a lengthy first part. Lots of long ledge lines, awkward rotations, and fakie/switch tricks over stuff. I dug it.
Kevin Rodrigues surprised most everyone with a full part, but I'm sure everyone on here will still manage to call him lazy. Guest appearances by the Blobys and Corey Duffel.
Mike Anderson does lots of switch backside and wallride stuff. I think I saw Dane Barker in there a few times.
Sage Elsesser and Sean Pablo both had full parts, typical of what you'd expect from them. Sean skated to "Drive All Over Me" by My Bloody Valentine, ensuring they'll trend hard this year. Sage got mad at the premiere because no one cheered when Sean Pablo was on screen during the intro.
Kenny Anderson's footage was sprinkled throughout the video, sort of like Gonz in Away Days. All of it was good, I just wanted more.
Eli Reed, Aaron Herrington, and Zered Bassett shared a part, as did Sammy Baca and Tom Remilliard. Sammy did a noseslide nollie flip on that long, curved hubba at some mansion in San Francisco. I went to the bathroom during this part.
There's a little GX1000 interlude with Sean Greene and (I think?) P-Spliff before Delatorre's part. It's solid, lots of SF, he skates to New Order, Al Davis has a few tricks.
Louie Lopez has "last part" until Jake Johnson shows up on screen and fucks the game up. He kickflips up a roof gap and frontside 180s over a bump to bar to a switch backside 50-50 on a ledge. Short and sweet. His last trick is that wallie from the newest Thrasher. After the real credits, Jason Jessee has a second secret part where he wears two hats the entire time to hide the fact he's 5'6".
Looking forward to watching this again.
