It's said that this song reduces stress by up to 65%. So here's ten hours of it! Next time you think of your passive-aggressive co-worker, just play this song.

This is the second year in the row that I am growing chillies at home. This year I am growing Thai chillies, sweet chillies and padrón pepperes from seeds. Spring was really sunny so far so the plants are already in bloom. I think I will be able to harvest the first chilli peppers in a couple of weeks or so. I will keep you posted right here in the chilli thread!

Let me preface this post with the fact that I am slightly inebriated, very uneducated and I havent read any papers or done any research at all, or read your post really.

Storm clouds rested thick and dark over the mountains as I gazed at them from my desk all day at work. I decided that a hike was in order once I was off. At 7:30 I was rushing out the doors of my work headed for my apartment to gear up for the little hike. Glancing towards the mountains and realizing it would be coming down hard, I grabbed my frog-togs and some extra rain gear and mashed up towards the towering mountains with a fat dooby and a baggie of chocolate chip cookies.
The rain and humidity seemed to highlight the verdant forest, and the rain came down softly when under the thick treetops.
I was in search for a suitable place to spark my dooby, hoping for a nice tree and a view that provided shelter from the increasing downpour. I began to climb up a ridge that had some nice looking trees at the top, but it was steep and muddy. A huge doe came crashing through the foliage as I began my climb, thrashing and making a lot of noise through the thick undergrowth. At one point I lost my footing and slid like a baseball player for 10 feet down the muddy slope before again gaining traction.
I eventually made it to the thicket, where I found a perfect rock to sit on beneath a pine tree. The storm began to break just then, showing glimpses of a golden sky as the sun began to set and my sweet smoke tainted the mountain air.
Rain hikes are the best.

Everyone take a second to rub your skate muscles with some lotion or oil. If you really just commit ten minutes a day to rubbing your legs and feet you will feel so much better.

Nah, my interest in Duster predates the 917 video. It's been rad seeing them in skate vids recently, though.

I find this song very chill for some reason. Kid koala fender bender. It's kind of obnoxious but I think it confuses my brain into relaxation.

Also, as much as I love cannabis, I love CBD oil more. I find it incredibly relaxing
