Made sure I bought a physical copy of this exclusively due to this interview/photos. Again, while many see the glam side of Austyn or the pre-formulated "cool guy" image, he clearly has a solid view of things and does not take stuff for granted. The part where he talked about hard work, making frames, and  his grandfather's trade was great to hear. He's clearly not viewing his only potential in life as skateboarding. I'm hoping this is just the new beginning fo Austyn. Love Former, love Huf, love WKND, and anything he's apart of.

maybe under rated is the wrong word but i dont think hes talked about as much as alot of some other people

I like what he said about his grandfathers hands.  Had the exact same thought about my dad and grandfather.  I used to call them farmer hands.
