SLAP’s 6th annual One In A Million contest (designed to shed light on unknown rippers who might not otherwise get a chance to shine) started back in June with a call for entries and went through Summer and Fall with all the submissions, the Top 10 cut, voting for the- Final 5, and then the finals week in San Francisco.
