Might never get to skate ever again and possibly losing his foot due to malpractice. Let's help him skate again!

Hello, My name is Austin Padilla ,

On November 1st  I fell while attempting to film a trick for my new skateboard video part! At the hospital
I was told I had a Compartment Syndrome, and 4 fracture's in my left foot. (Compartment Syndrome occurs when excessive pressure builds up inside an enclosed space in the body. Compartment syndrome usually results from bleeding or swelling after an injury. The dangerously high pressure in compartment syndrome impedes the flow of blood to and from the affected tissues. It can be an emergency, requiring surgery to prevent permanent injury )

Even though a orthopedic team of 5 surgeons recommended i have surgery immediately the attending surgeon in charge felt that it was not neccessary. Within 24 hours of leaving the hospital, i returned with a serious infection only to be sent home again.

After being home  for 3 weeks with pain killers and antibotics the Compartment syndrome suffocated my muscles and ligaments, and the infection had eaten through my tissue and nerves. On Sunday Nov 29th I started bleeding profusely, and nearly bleed out at home. I was rushed back into the ER immediately, now with 2 large gaping holes in my foot, where the infection had eaten all my flesh, tissue, muscle, nerves and opened my main artery in my foot. Now, I'm in the trauma unit being told that I will never skate again and I may lose my left foot.,  due to a misdiagnosis from the first visit on Nov 1st.

Being that skateboarding is my WHOLE LIFE,  I am devastated, and have no idea what my future will look like without skateboarding.

Im trying to do absolutely everything I can to save my foot and possibly walk again as well as be able to work and support myself.

Please help me find the best doctors, rehabs, and therapy so I can prove them wrong and skate again.

The money raised will be used to help me seek out the best possible Medical Care and medical expenses.

Thank you for helping me save my foot and my dreams!!

which means homeboy would have to hire a lawyer etc.. at the end he's the one suffering and since he doesnt got the funds to pay for the medical bills im sure paying for a lawyer isnt his top priority either..

If the malpractice is as cut and dry as it sounds there are lawyers that will run this for free till the settlement gets paid.
example. i cant cast a spelll or love potion on a girl and she falls total in love for me
but i can show a girl my tv youtube clip on my or her phone. but there's a difference ok

Always ask for a second opinion. My friend was diagnosed with a brain tumor and told by the first doctor that it was inoperable and that he had about a year to live. He sought out another doctor who operated. This was 7 years ago and so far so good.
