I despise losers who rely on the threat of their guns during confrontations. They're usually just itching to
be able to shoot someone. They act like tough guys and then, after they shoot you, they turn on the wetworks to the authorities. But they generally get of scott free, especially in red states.
Let's be serious though, the main problem here is that they're on this Kyle guy's property. In Texas. With Chad staying after he's told to leave, raising his voice, daring Kyle to shoot him and informing him that he's going to take the gun away (even grabbing for it), I just don't see how this is going to be deemed anything other than a justifiable homicide.
Maybe the prosecution can argue that when Kyle walked away from the house and aimed the gun at Chad, he was trapping him or something, but I doubt he'll even get charged.
