those are dope! really like the last one.

and to resize just make you first bracket thing around your image url like this: [img width=700] (it can be any pixel value. between 500-700 is good though)
Thanks on both counts man! And those photos you just posted are amazing, especially the first two. Night photography is the coolest thing ever but so hard without having to do long exposures.

Went to Jamaica over the weekend. Man...what a great place. I just wish I had more balls when doing street photography but I just couldn't get down with flashing my camera everywhere cause they all started selling me stuff or asking me for some sort of services. I got more photos but I am slowly editing it all.

i think the only way to do it is with long exposures and they arent really that difficult if you have a few basic items. if youre shooting with the AE-1, all you need is a tripod, a cable release, and a light meter (which you can get on your phone). just think about what kind of depth of field you want and go from there. you can use the self timer too, but then your limited to a maximum of 2 second exposures.

ive only done long exposures a few times but those were the first time ive done them with a point and shoot, so i was glad they turned out. normally id use a camera that has some manual controls, but at the point when i shot those photos i was just trying to use up the roll so i could sell the camera.

Depending on which film you are using and how long your exposures will be you have to be aware of reprocity failure too. Every film reacts differently so you mostly have to bracket and make some tests.

Thanks man. I'd imagine some of the guys on this board could tear it up out there with their cameras. It's really a great place to shoot photos. Also if you are about that drinking and weed island life, you'd love it out there. Everyone is so damn nice and drinking and smoking is almost as common as eating. I just didn't like how everyone is trying to sell you something. You'd be chilling on the beach sleeping only to wake up to someone trying to sell you mangos for the 4th time.

ive been mailing in my film to mpix.com lately. they process it and send it back for like 4 bucks a roll, then you can either order prints or get the digital files sent to you on a dvd. in order to really save some money, its smartest to wait until you have about 250 images you want on the dvd before you order it. ive sent in 8 rolls so far and ive got 148 that i think are worth keeping, so a few more rolls and ill hit 250 and will be able to have the higher quality files. im pretty stoked on these shots though so i figured id share a few of the thumbnails i can preview right now.

Thanks, I am glad you like it. The roll out to this was really short and that was basically the only way to shoot it. I stood with my back next to a wall, but his board never hit me. He shot it out to my flash tripod a couple of times, but I was lucky. The one he landed he rolled out really smooth and just stopped before the wall/me. We were also super lucky about the spot. I thought we d only have a couple of minutes since the set is inside a metro stop, but we actually managed not to get busted until he got the trick.

Thanks a lot guys ! These were all on the same roll yes.

I find it "easier" with pictures of buildings/store windows, at night especially : the light stays the same, nothing moves, it's mostly about calculating exposure, with all the time in the world to compose the shot.

While I was shooting at this lake near dusk, the sun shone through and just lit up the trees. Thought it made for some cool lighting.

Thanks! This is a widely photographed waterfall by my house, but it's always taken from the other side because of the trail. I wanted to see if it was possible to shoot from the right side and found out why no one does. I was stumbling through the forest like an idiot for a long time before I found it. It was pretty much impossible to get down to the bottom of it, but was still happy to get a shot from a perspective I haven't seen at a place so commonly photographed.

Finally got the film developed from my trip to Kenya back in August, didn't end up taking many photos but these were the half-decent ones I got back (sorry about the size!):
