yo fecal, you gotta use these brackets for code to work here:  ] [ (in reverse order of course), or choose "bb code" in flickrs sharing menu.

Fixed it. The film back was tilted downward in both photos (which is too bad since I could have caught the top of that Bullocks tower with an extra 1% rear tilt). By the time you load film and pull out the dark slide, slight movements can throw everything off a little. Combining swing and shift can also cause weird distortions. You can easily sit there for hours readjusting everything, but at some point you just have to pull the trigger.

Another night hike last night, to see the eclipse/blood moon. The longest lens I have is an 85 but I really liked how all the other photos turned out, all lit by moonlight.

^^^^Nice. Forgot about the blood moon. Longest lens I have is a 50mm but would have loved to still try and shoot it.

I need to get back to Hawaii. Been a while.

Thanks!  This one is old, but 2007 old, not 1997 old.  I dug it up last week after my friend Ricky asked if I could send it to him for a tbt post.

In before someone says write your name in bacon.

But seriously, it looks really nice and clean. The full bleed photos for the galleries are a really nice look. Squarespace is the shit.

Also, that on ramp spot looks like it would be so much fun to shoot.

Looks great. The only issue is that the gallery photos sometimes sit off-center when you scroll through with the arrow. I'm using OS X Yosemite/newest Safari with the window about 65% the size of my sceen.

Is this based on a template?

Thanks man! And I fully agree about Squarespace. I tried doing Wordpress and for some reason I just suck at anything web. I got so frustrated and when I tried Squarespace, it was so easy and intuitive.

And Chavo, thanks for the comment. I did notice that so I'm going to see what I can do, but I'm somewhat limited because it is a template.

And thanks Fongstarr! Likewise!

write your name in bacon.

really like it. its simple, but not that "smug simple" that some portfolio sites have (you know, white blank page with 2 words written, if you click on it 3 photos show up and thats it)

love your work too, makes me wanna go out, and thats a good thing.

Those are all rad Fongstarr, love the tones of the last one. What kind of ND filter are you using?

Thanks man. Actually that was in a pretty shaded area so I was able to do the full 30 seconds on my camera with no ND filter. Wish I had some filters though like the circular polarizer. I am sure it would have come out better.
