Haven't been posting on SLAP too much lately, but I've been repeatedly checking this thread and just wanted to say there's so much good stuff. So much talent on these boards. Gnars 4 everyone omg!

Dillon, that was so good. So well put together and I think it's awesome you left the background noise in there - it's got that whole barbershop talk vibe. Especially love those shots of peoples' haircuts towards the end. That really makes me wanna get out there and start shooting video with my Mark III, which was one of the main reasons I got it.

Been kinda chilling the last few weeks picture-wise so haven't been taking too much, but here's some shit.

^^^^^It was the Carnaval celebration in San Francisco. Never been and it was pretty cool. There was not even that many people there so taking pics was quite easy. Too bad this happened the same time the Bust Or Bail event cause if I would have known earlier, I would have just gone there.

Nice pic too. I need to go back to Hawaii.

Loving everyone's stuff. I just posted this in thinks you're stoked about, but thought I'd share it here. While shooting some star photos, my camera popped off my tripod and I broke my $1500 Canon 16-35mm. I got insurance about a month or so before this happened and I got 100% reimbursement without paying a deductible and got my new lens in 4 days. I pay about $50 a year for around $5000 worth of gear, so if you don't have insurance for your stuff, it's so worth it. Total peace of mind.

That selection of photos works so well together. The very first top left one is what inspired me to buy a Stylus Epic and start shooting film. I've seen multiple people reblogging it on Tumblr since then and it gets me stoked every time.

Don't know why I haven't done this sooner. Finally got some prints made of some photos I shot. They are 16X24 and printed on matte paper with sort of a shine lust to it. Came out great imo and just sort of an awesome feeling holding a photo. Can't wait to do some more.
