I'm going with fake... the domain name is registered to Thierry Guetta, who in reality may be a creation of that Banksy dude... I doubt this is a Banksy gag, but I think the registration name is a hint that this is a joke.

No real skateboard company uses birch in their boards.  That's a cheap Walmart made-in-china complete thing.
