yeah the episode felt like it was way too short. stoked on seeing that old old old ricky footage, a lot of it is really fucking sick.

I'm interested in where this whole thing is gonna go, looks like dude is on his way out. Cool to get some insight on what it feels like to be in that stage of your career. Can't wait to see what they got in store for us next week!

Also his footage in EE2 was way better than his EE3 part I think. As far as the Kareem comment, Kareem closed an interview by saying something like this "Ricky Oyola do you really deserve a pro model, ask yourself". Not that Kareem's done shit skating wise since Trilogy, except for the backside flip in that Etnies Skate and Create bullshit.

to be fair though. kareem had that entitlement shit going on when he decided to grace skateboarding again as well. does no one remember that axion name shit? and we laughed at his dumb ass for the same shit too. talm bout, i own the name, they stealing my thunder, i deserve respect. etc, etc. whatevs. i could care less about either one nowadays.

i mean, i know my history and give respect where it's due when the topic comes up, but every conversation i have about skateboarding tends to be about what the fuck just went down that blew my mind and not a goddamned history lesson. that's what epicly later'd is for right?

I think Ricky would be the first to admit that his mouth/attitude has screwed up his skateboard career. I don't think anyone owes him shit, but people should respect he was the key figure that helped put Philly on the map and pushed the wallie/pole jam raw street style that allot of skaters emulate today.
