What they aren't telling you is that Bianca (ビアンカ）is Osaka slang for Bukkake (打っ掛け) and Chandon (シャンドン) is an old term for 'do' in the passive causative form (させられる), or being made to do. Thus the T-shirt can roughly be translated as "force me to have a bukkake."

Hence Kansai women can often be heard to cry 『ビアンカシャンドンのは嫌だな!』"Being forced to have a "Bianca Chandon" is undesirable!"
