I read it as “fruitcake-ass” as sort of a compound adjective and “shit” being the noun.  “Fruitcake ass-shit” would have been too redundant.

I eat a fair amount of fruitcake at Christmas and I always equated my immediate trips to the toilet as the coffee talking but it may be fruitcake ass.....

for real, she is goofy but when she is skating in goofy it looks switch to me. weird style, and i hate the kits. also i'm polish and the song in the first clip is in polish and it's even worse for me because i can understand the lyrics. there are a lot of good girl skaters that i do enjoy watching and s.kate is not one of them
