If you aren’t using the nose to it’s full kung-fu kick potential, then yeah, symmetrical boards make way more sense.
Never have to flip it back around to do a trick that only works on one of the kicks, wear both ends down evenly, etc.
I’m mildly interested (I’m riding his old model right now with the hard edges sanded off, and it looks almost the same), but the new one a bit too skinny for me. I don’t want to have to get a skinnier pair of trucks for it.
What’s more interesting, as someone noted in another thread, I’d that the crane on the nose and tail resemble an ‘&’, which might be the first time a SLAP inside joke made it onto a skate deck. A Powell deck at that.
