Skateboard Charities
« on: November 27, 2018, 06:33:00 PM »
Cloudy posted this in the sale gear thread in regards to Giving Tuesday. Cowtown in Arizona allows you to purchase a $55 dollar complete to donate to the local charity Skate After School. This got me thinking, what other skateboard charities are out there that are directly affecting their local communities? (not the Tony Hawk Foundation or something larger like that)

I can think of Long Live South Bank and Skate Pal as other awesome ones. Anyone know any others?

There are loads... From DLX providing small grants for DIY builds http://www.dlxsf.com/thegrantsfund/ and Skate for change helping the homeless https://skateforchange.org/ ...

To international skateboard charities (follow the link and limit all the tabs on the left apart from skate) http://www.actionsportsfordev.org/partners/
