If we're gonna talk all time favorites for straight-up RAP artists this would be my top 5, in no particular order


Young Jeezy during the Trap or Die & post-TM101 mixtape days

50 Cent during the GRoDT & Massace days.

The Game back when he was making hits with 50, his first two albums, and the G-Unot era when he dropped 300 Bars

Lil Wayne during his mixtape onslaught with the Drought 3, Dedication 1-2, & Da Drought is Over series

Jay-Z (all time)

Honorable mention goes to Cassidy for being the best "off-the-top" freestyle rapper
