some of my friends were skating in a sketchy part of New Orleans back in the day and they said they saw a blood stain like that...there was like a trail of blood where the guy ran, and they said it was so hot out that the plasma was seperating from the blood on the concrete

That spot is in one of the worst neighborhoods in Atlanta. At the top of the bloodstain there is a fair amount of hair, but kinda hard to see in the photo. However the spot is really sick and has a perfect 10 stair rail and 2 sets of ledges off of stairs.
