Well it was more xenophobic than racist, and pretty mild at that.  Really it was more stupid than anything.  Calling someone an "immagrint" [sic] reflects more poorly on him than i think it offends the other person.  but BB may have understood it differently, I cannot speak for him.

that's true, but it shouldn't have been said at all in the first place. let's all just agree that no matter how bad katy perry's music is...she's still super hot and i'd like to sodomize her, in the butt.
