Sorry to bump this thread, but if 917 is essentially toast with Cyrus and everyone else gone - does anybody have any recommendations for decks similar to 917’s 8.38 shape with the shorter wheelbase?

I have a 917 Nike polo that has been for sale on my depop and poshmark accounts for a long time. Nobody seems to want it.

They are being distributed through Baker Boys now (unless that has been canned) so they should get a lot more boards out to a lot more places in the future.

What was the wheelbase, or overall dimensions on that 8.38 board?

There are a lot of other BBS woodshop brands that have 8.38 in shorter sizes (like April, Primitive, Alien Workshop and Habitat), not just the DLX and Bakerboys 8.38 x 32.25 with 14.5 wheelbase which is what I ride.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Yeah it’s 8.38 x 31.9 with a 14.19 wheelbase. I think Hockey/FA has a shape with the same dims, just wanted to know of any brands that had a similar shape.

That does sound very similar in the size and dimensions to those other brands.

Primitive might be the closest.  I haven't really seen many April or other brands, certainly none in person for almost a year, but going by online shops dimensions (which can be hit or miss) they look about the same.
