Saw two kids at the park today. You could tell they were obviously good friends and had arrived together. One had Nike shirt and Adidas shoes. The other had an Adidas shirt and Nike shoes. I'm sure it wasn't planned, and I'm all for people wearing whatever shoes they're feeling to skate in, but this head-to-toe sports gear trend needs to chill.

are overly loose trucks a gimmick now? i see lots of people irl and on insta with trucks that are rattling all over the fucking place and i cant see it being good for anything unless you really love getting wheelbite everytime you turn. i mean shit i rock mine loose but i have soft bushings so i can carve and its nice and responsive, overly loose daewon song esque hangars rattling like jesse pinkman during withdrawls dont seem fun

maybe not a gimmick but trend for sure, I think it's become widespread because its really fun and crazy feeling, more intimate turning
