Orange County is closer to the equator than SC or Atlanta so I have no issue calling myself a Southerner

I just personally believe that if you skate and live in the U.S. and you never had to shovel snow off a skate spot or had to skate with hand warmers or gloves on then you are not an "East Coast" skater.
