Reliable roommates. I've been living in a 4 br house for over two years and have gone through eleven, soon to be 12 roommates. Maybe instead of reliable I should have said 'financially responsible'. People move in here, insist on buying expensive cable packages, party all the time then have to move out because they go broke. Its a damn shame, every month I have to feel out whether or not people will be packing up and leaving overnight or think about reaching out to other potential roommates.

The one person who could take care of himself that lived here left after 3 months because his boss offered him free rent. Smart guy.

10.5? i had some sb o'neills but they tore a lot faster than most shoes i skate in. i got 3 extra pairs of shoes i haven't even worn yet but i still want another pair of the same dvs i've been rocking for the past 7 or so months. i get paid in a couple days so it's all good homie. what i'd really like is to be able to skate something other than flat in my garage for a while without having to drive over an hour.
