Happy New year fellow grey rippers. Made a resolution to try to drop in on my ramp today and see if the leg buckles or holds up. 3 months of not rolling now and enough's enough. Hopefully by days end I will have made some pool block bark and be thinking,"damn right it was a good day"........or I'll eat shit and screw up 3 months of healing lol!
Happy new year to you as well (and the rest of the old dudes!) Good luck and be careful. If it feels good, go for it. If it doesn't feel right, don't push it. Let it heal some more so you can ride when you're ready. (Don't mean to kill your buzz, just seen too many guys try to go back too early and end up hurting themselves worse.)
I'll be starting the new year off right also...Heading to the indoor park in about an hour. I'm hoping that my string of slams/old man injuries that seem to have been plaguing me for the past few months will stay in 2013 and I can have some good luck the year to come.
