i never complain about songs but that one the instant it came on distracted me from the part, but tom asta never disappoints, guys got really clean style, solid pop, and a nice stomp to his tricks.

I remember being at the old princeton fountain with my buddy, and some little kid showed up with a filmer, bs flipped and switch heeled the steps (can't remember, it was like 7 or 9.. i never fucked with em) and left... handled like a business trip. Well, turns out that little kid is this little kid now. That much talent and being guided by Cole and Thomas? Future SOTY no doubt.

Koston did a back tail kickflip out in Falling Down, which came out in like 1993, and my buddy was about 15 when he learned them in or around 1998. That trick is old as shit and you are easily shocked.

I'm going to do something outrageous here and say that I think Tom Asta is a little boring. Undeniably good at skateboarding (the super long nollie crook was awesome), but something about his style just really dulls everything he does for me.

i find him a bit boring myself, but undeniably amazing. and he does have a ridiculous bag of tricks. a few years ago when he was a baby, i watched him in the philly es' game of skate. he HOUSED. when it was his turn, he did something like 25 straight tricks without missing. and they werent like nollie shuvits or something, like legit shit. this kids definitely got it.

The only thing I liked was the initial backside flip. He is really good just really boring to watch. I think the Berrics shit will be boring unless they change the setup entirely, they always change it but it's pretty much the same. The only Battle Commander or Recruit I've like lately was Appleyard's
