Phelps is a bitch. He occasionally comes into the caafe where my roommate works. He tries to hit on this one girl who works there with the cheesiest shit. Talking about how he edits thrasher and shit, something that doesn't matter at all to her. He came in one time right before the soty anouncement and was trying to make a spectacle of himself deliberating. Basically, he doesn't just act that way as a persona in thrasher or just to skateboarders. He's an all around kook.
